Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Group

Civil Partnerships and now the Same Sex marriage bill being passed in the Scottish Parliament don't mean that all the battles on LGBT issues have been won. Prejudice and bigotry still exist. The LGBT Self Organising Group offers LGBT Unison members the opportunity to come together to discuss issues that impact on them at work and within the union.

Having a common voice that is heard in the Union decision making system will ensure that LGBT members interests continue to be represented.

I don't want to be left out - Count me in!
