Changes to conditions The delay in the Pay and Grading negotiations will result in discussions on overtime rates, shift allowances, and so on, is being delayed along with the new pay and grading structure. It is unlikely that there will be any firm proposals from Council on this matter until later in the year. The negotiators' position is that conditions and job evaluation must be dealt with separately and they are taking advice on the possibility of separate ballots. |
